Call Ends Immediately After the Other Side Picks Up

Issue
CommPeak Classic PBX users can make a call but it immediately drops after the other side picks up.
Possible Cause and Solution
This is the safety behavior: the recording wasn't available, so the call was ended rather than continuing without the disclosure.
To resolve this, check Logs for a Fail closed event, then re-upload the recording from the Recordings tab.
