Call Ends Immediately After the Other Side Picks Up

Find out why Post-Answer Playback ends a call the moment the other side picks up, and how to restore the recording so calls connect normally.

Issue

CommPeak Classic PBX users can make a call but it immediately drops after the other side picks up.

This is the safety behavior: the recording wasn't available, so the call was ended rather than continuing without the disclosure.

To resolve this, check Logs for a Fail closed event, then re-upload the recording from the Recordings tab.
