Set up auto-messaging on the CommPeak Classic PBX using TextPeak
Feature Overview
If you are using CommPeak Classic PBX, you can consider adding an auto-messaging integration with TextPeak . This integration operates using PBX webhooks, a mechanism that notifies us when a call starts or ends and sends us relevant call data.
The available triggers are as follows:
- Call Ending
- Call Starting
- Call Not Answered/Busy.
The features we offer are:
- Non-Spam Blocker: If we have already sent a message recently, messages will not be sent for a specified number of (customer-defined value) hours
- Support for Multiple Senders: We utilize intelligent DID selection in the background, with TextPeak API automatically choosing the best sender number based on the recipient's geographic location or daily volume limits
- Support: We provide templates that adapt based on the contact's destination.
Enabling the Feature
If you are interested in the feature, you can submit a ticket to your account manager or the support team with a request to enable it. The feature becomes available for your account as soon as the permission has been granted.
