The available triggers are as follows:

  • Call Ending
  • Call Starting
  • Call Not Answered/Busy.

The features we offer are:

  • Non-Spam Blocker: If we have already sent a message recently, we don't send another message for a customer-defined number of hours.
  • Support for Multiple Senders: We utilize intelligent DID selection in the background, with TextPeak API automatically choosing the best sender number based on the recipient's geographic location or daily volume limits.
