TextPeak 2FA Login Issues

Learn how to troubleshoot TextPeak two-factor authentication (2FA) login issues.

Issue

When logging into the TextPeak account using two-factor authentication (2FA), the user cannot receive the OTP email.

Possible Reason

The OTP email cannot be sent because of the incorrect email setup.

Solution

To resolve the issue, the account admin should verify that the correct user’s email address is used. Check the Users Management article to learn how to do this.

Additionally, check your email’s Spam or Junk folder to ensure the passcode isn’t hidden there.
