Realtime Alerts

Learn about the Alerts indicator on the Realtime page. This indicator informs users about issues like low balance, and other alerts and offers steps to resolve them.

The Realtime page in the Cloud PBX contains the Alerts indicator in the top right corner.

Alerts indicator

It can warn you about the following:

  • agents not answering for a long time

  • low or insufficient balance

    • voice
      When the voice balance reaches the insufficient threshold, the Cloud PBX will stop sending calls. The system will also send agents zero-balance voice alerts.
      ​​Add credit to your account, and the system will unpause all agents automatically.

    • SMS
      When the SMS balance reaches the insufficient threshold, the Cloud PBX will assign the SMS Failed - out of balance status to all new messages. Add credit to your account, and the system will start sending new messages.
      Please resend or dismiss all failed messages from the Messaging Logs page.

      Please submit a ticket to the CommPeak support team if you wish to have the alerts enabled.

      When you click on the Alerts indicator, you will see the most recent alerts in a pop-up window. Resolved alerts are marked with a green bullet.

      Once you dismiss all alerts by clicking the eye icon in the bottom right corner of the window, they are automatically marked as resolved.

      Click VIEW MORE or go to the Realtime> Realtime Alerts tab to get a detailed list of all alerts.
