You can check per-minute rates for any country and network directly in the CommPeak Portal.

Checking Voice Rates

1. In the CommPeak Portal, go to Billing > Voice Rates.
2. Filter by country to see rates for the destination you're calling.
3. Make sure you review the network breakdown by tech. prefix, destination, prefix, and effective date - different mobile and landline networks within the same country can have different rates.
4. Check the Billing increments column to see how calls are charged.

Rates depend on your pricing tier. If your account is on a custom plan, the rates shown reflect your specific tier - there's no need to apply additional discounts.
