Managing Your DIDs

Follow our guidelines to configure the DID numbers service to boost your calling success.

Use the DID > Management tab to view and manage all your DID numbers in one place.

From this tab, you can monitor their status, configure routing logic, manage SMS delivery, assign tags, track number reputation in real time, and much more.

Use this section to:

  • Learn about the unified My DIDs dashboard and UI indicators
  • Set up voice URI, SIP, and PSTN forwarding profiles
  • Configure SMS-to-email forwarding
  • Efficiently manage large inventories and export DID data in bulk
  • Initiate test calls
  • Monitor reputation status and view linked identities
  • Create DID tags and internal notes and assign them to your DID numbers
  • Enable or disable the Maintenance mode to run technical tests without changing permanent settings
