Using DID Numbers
Follow our guidelines to ensure smooth integration of DID numbers and compliance with country regulations.
TIPCheck the dedicated Managing Your DIDs section for details on how to manage the DID numbers purchased under your CommPeak Account.
Refer to the following pages for details on how to use the CommPeak DID numbers:
Get an overview of your available virtual numbers, including their activity, status, and settings, perform inventory and run reports
Inspect DID numbers, set up scheduled checks, monitor their status, and view detailed logs of past checks. Add new numbers to be checked, assign custom tags for filtering results, and edit existing checks
Verify your non-CommPeak DID number as a Caller ID in CommPeak Portal
Configure a voicemail message to play to customers when their call goes to voicemail due to incorrect DID forwarding or unreachable destination
View incoming SMS messages sent to DID numbers, share them, and grant access permissions to others based on IP address.
