When Do We Force User Logins With 2FA?

Users with sensitive permissions are required to use 2FA. If 2FA is not already set up, the system will automatically enforce 2FA via email by default.

The following user types are required to use 2FA:
• Account Admins
• Users with privileges to access all calls
• Users with permissions to manage other users

2FA Bypass Conditions

2FA is bypassed when users log in through the following methods:

• Google Login
• Microsoft Login
• SSO (Single Sign-On)
