Can I Set up Auto-Messaging on the Classic PBX Using TextPeak?

While the CommPeak Classic PBX does not have a direct, built-in user interface feature to automatically send an SMS via TextPeak (e.g., for a missed call), this functionality can be achieved using PBX webhooks, a mechanism that notifies us when a call starts or ends and sends us relevant call data.

If you are interested in the feature, you can submit a ticket to your account manager or the support team with a request to enable it.
