Can I Purchase a Virtual Number to Receive OTP Codes and Messages?

You must purchase a virtual phone number (DID) in your CommPeak Portal and verify your identity in your account to get an SMS number that supports OTP SMS management.
IMPORTANTTo use this feature, your DID number must support incoming SMS messages.

To receive SMS, the number must be SMS-capable - see DID Types. Then set up a delivery route so the messages reach you: Configuring DIDs to Forward Inbound SMS to TextPeak.
