Welcome to CommPeak Dialer, a core component designed to enhance the efficiency of your outbound calling operations. This tool assists in automating the dialing process and managing call campaigns.

Our powerful omnichannel predictive dialer integrates various dialing modes, call routing capabilities, and provides reporting functions to offer insights into your campaign performance. Its purpose is to help reduce agent idle time, minimize manual dialing, and support agents in connecting with contacts more effectively.

If you already use the CommPeak Dialer service, you can also view its details and add recording access accounts from your CommPeak account.

In the CommPeak Portal, expand Dialer in the main menu on the left and then click Dialer Instances.
