Reports

In the CommPeak Portal, you can generate reports showing your call and expense history details.

The following reports are available at CommPeak Portal:

• Call Records (CDRs) with call record data for outbound calls
• Origination CDR with call record data for inbound calls
• Daily Calls with daily statistics for outbound calls
• Calls by Destination with statistics for outbound calls split by destinations
• Call Graphs with the visual representation of call data
• Balance Graph with the daily chart of your account balance
• Failed SIP Calls Analysis to notify users of account configuration and setup errors.

The call reports can present data collectively or per each SIP account if you have more than one.
