Available and DND Statuses
Here, you will find an explanation how to switch between Available and Do Not Disturb (DND) statuses in the full and mini modes and how each status affects call functionality.
In CommPeak Softphone, you can switch your status. It can be either Available or Do Not Disturb (DND).
The Available status lets agents receive and make calls. It is set by default.
While DND is active, you can only make outgoing calls.
Full Mode
To switch to Do Not Disturb:

Click the profile button.

Choose Do Not Disturb.
Do Not Disturb button: fill mode
To exit, click the profile button, then choose Available of click Go online in the notification.

Mini Mode
To switch to Do Not Disturb:
- Click the volume and profile button.
- Choose DND.

DND button: mini mode
TIP
Here, you can also adjust the volume in your headset and microphone.
When you click the settings icon, you will be redirected to Microphone & Headset Settings in the full mode.
To exit the Do Not Disturb status:

Click the volume and profile button.

Choose Available or click Go online in the notification.
