Notifications Settings
Edit your CommPeak notifications settings: select notification types and recipients to receive updates about CommPeak account events like balance threshold warnings, daily usage reports, and rate updates.

Viewing Portal Notifications
The CommPeak Portal sends notifications for these account events:
- Your account activities.
- DID numbers verified or renewed.
- Cloud PBX activated or suspended.
- Recurring payments processed.
- Invoices paid.
To see all portal notifications:
- Click the bell control in the top right.

Setting Notifications
Edit your CommPeak account settings to choose which email notifications you receive.
Use these settings for account events such as balance threshold warnings, usage reports, and rate updates.
To set email notifications:

Log into your CommPeak Portal account.

Click your name at the bottom left pane.

Select Account Settings.

On the page displayed, expand the Notifications tab.

- Scroll down and complete each section by updating the existing or entering the missing information.
Notify me about...
Use the toggles in this section to choose which notifications CommPeak sends:
- Balance Threshold Notification. Set the balance threshold to receive a voice message, an SMS message, or both when your balance gets low. Select the checkbox to receive daily reminders until you top up your balance.
- Daily Usage Report. Turn this notification on to receive a daily summary of your account activity.
- Periodic Usage Report. Choose whether to receive detailed account statistics weekly or monthly.
- CDRs Log Report . Define if you want to receive a call data record log and how often.

After making all the necessary changes, click SAVE CHANGES.
Where Will These Notifications Be Sent To?
Enter one or more email addresses to receive the notifications listed below.
| Notification | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Default | This field is prefilled with the email you used at signup. The system sends all notifications here unless you enter a different email in one of the fields below. |
| Low Balance | This is a reminder about the low balance on your account. The system will send it according to the Balance Threshold Notification settings (Voice or SMS notifications) in the section above. |
| Payment/Postpay | A notification regarding the status of your payments and invoices: approved, in review, declined, etc. |
| Rates Update | Notifications on updates to Voice Rates and SMS Rates. |
| Daily Report | Daily reports on your account usage (provided this notification is activated in Daily Usage Report in the section above). |
| Weekly/Monthly Report | Weekly or monthly account statistics - depending on the settings in the Periodic Usage Report field above. |
| Monitoring Report | The report is sent to you if you have set up a spam check for DID numbers or Proactive account monitoring. It shows which of your DID numbers are marked as spam in caller identification programs. |
| Recurring Services/DID Notifications | Reminders on your upcoming payments for recurring services and DID number renewals. |
| Legal Agreement Changed | A notification about your terms and conditions, privacy, and payment policies updates. |

You can review the details of the account set by default under the Profile tab.
Configuring Email Address to Get Notifications
To add a new email address, enter it in the required field and click +.
