Cloud PBX & Dialer

The Cloud PBX & Dialer section of the main menu brings together your PBX and Dialer instances, call recording, and the keys that encrypt those recordings.

Expand Cloud PBX & Dialer in the main menu on the left to open any of its tabs:

• Cloud PBX Instances: your Cloud PBX instances. Request a new instance, open an existing one for its details, and manage access control lists, recording access accounts, and network statistics.
• Classic PBX Instances: the instances running on the Classic PBX platform.
• PBX & Dialer Instances: the instances that pair Cloud PBX with CommPeak Dialer.
• Call Recordings: your call recording setup. See Setting Up Call Recording.
  Recordings Encryption: the key pair that encrypts your recordings and the settings that decrypt them. See Recording Encryption.
