Can I Download a Previously Approved Proforma Invoice Again?

Answer
Yes. Approved invoices remain in your request history. Download them again at any time:
- In CommPeak Portal, go to Billing > Proforma Invoices.
- Find the request with an Approved status.
- Click Download to save the invoice.
NOTEThe Download button is available for all requests with the Approved status, regardless of when they were submitted.
