Can I Download a Previously Approved Proforma Invoice Again?

Yes. Approved invoices remain in your request history. Download them again at any time:
- In CommPeak Portal, go to Billing > Proforma Invoices.
- Find the request with an "Approved" status.
- Click Download to save the invoice.
The Download button is available for all requests with "Approved" status, regardless of when they were submitted.
