Can I Download a Previously Approved Proforma Invoice Again?

Answer
Yes. Approved invoices remain in your request history. Download them again at any time:
Open Proforma Invoices
In CommPeak Portal, go to Billing > Proforma Invoices.
Find the approved request
Find the request with an Approved status.
Download the invoice
Click Download to save the invoice.
NOTEThe Download button is available for all requests with the Approved status, regardless of when they were submitted.
