Manager Login

Log in securely to PBX Stats as a manager user, including setting up two-factor authentication using email codes, the Google Authenticator app, or backup codes.

PBX Stats administrators provide access links and manager credentials to log in to the system.

After entering login and password, manager users with enabled two-factor login verification will need to complete one of the following actions:

  • enter code received by email or

  • download and configure the Google Authenticator app on the mobile device, then enter a six-digit validation code by following these steps:

  1. Scan the QR code on the screen using the app on your mobile device.

    1. Click the plus icon in the bottom right.

    2. Click Scan a QR code.

    3. Once the QR code is scanned, the app will generate a one-time passcode.

  2. Enter the passcode in the system and click Validate to complete verification.

  3. After completing the setup, the user will get ten backup recovery codes. These should be stored securely for recovery purposes.

    IMPORTANT

    Copy the passcodes and store them in a secure place to be used if you lose access to the app or your mobile device.

  1. After the user clicks I saved the code, let's proceed, the Google Authenticator setup is complete, and they can enter the PBX Stats account.

  2. Upon the user's next and every subsequent login, they must input a one-time passcode from the Google Authenticator.

NOTE

If the user forgets the recovery codes, ask the administrator to create a new set of codes. Once done, the old codes become inactive.
