Only One Side Hears the Announcement

Find out why only one call party hears the Post-Answer Playback announcement and how to fix it.

Issue

CommPeak Classic PBX users can make calls but only one side can hear the announcement.

The system may not have processed the recording for every audio format the phone system uses.

Re-uploading from the Recordings tab fixes this.
