Issue

When starting the Built in CommPeak Softphone widget from the JWT-enabled account, the user gets the "403 - IP mismatch" error.

Possible Reason

The error occurs when the user's IP address is not present in the IP Access Control List (ACL) of the used SIP Account.

Solution

To resolve the issue, check your SIP account's IP ACL settings.
You need to ensure that the IP address from which you're trying to access the Softphone is included in the allowed IPs list.
