My Contracts

View CommPeak contracts to stay informed about updates and changes and review and accept them.

Suggest Edits

In My Contracts, you can view and accept the following documents related to the usage of CommPeak services:

  • Terms of Service/Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Payment Policy
  • Data Processing Addendum
  • Sub-Processors List
  1. To open the My Contracts page, click on your name at the bottom left pane. Then click My Contracts.

Here, you can review and accept the document, view its acceptance date and status, and download its copy.

  1. When any policies get updated, you will receive an email and the following pop-up notification in CommPeak Portal:

  1. Click REVIEW UPDATED TERMS and then go through the documents one by one.
  2. Click the button to acknowledge the new document version if you wish to continue using CommPeak services.
