CommPeak Portal Overview
Introduction to the CommPeak Portal's web user interface, guiding you through its layout, navigation, dashboard, menu structure, and key functional areas for managing CommPeak services
This document provides an introduction to the user interface of the My CommPeak Portal to help you become proficient in navigating the Portal and managing your CommPeak products.
The CommPeak Portal's comprehensive web-based interface is your central hub for tracking critical KPIs and monitoring your CommPeak account real-time statistics; it's a place where you make informed decisions and efficiently manage all your services.
Main Menu
The main menu on the left is the primary navigation system within the Portal, designed to provide quick and organized access to all its available features and sections.

Each tab in the main menu helps you find the specific tools and information you need, including:
Account Notifications
The controls located at the top right of the page let you view all Portal notifications for various CommPeak account events or set the balance amount that will trigger a low balance notification.

Billing Information
You can monitor and manage your spending, browse other payment-related options, or add credit to your voice or SMS balance in several ways:
- View or top up your voice and SMS balance by clicking the plus (+) button at the top right of any page, next to your Voice Balance and SMS Balance figures.
- Monitor your billing and spending from the Dashboard. To learn more, see the Monitoring Spending from Dashboard article.
- Access advanced payment management options from the Billing tab of the main menu.

Account Statistics Overview
Your CommPeak Dashboard on the Home page gives you an at-a-glance view of your account activity for a selected time period, including call and SMS statistics, your DID numbers, and your spending trends. Below the summary, you can access and configure features such as account settings, user management, and reporting.

NOTEOn your first login, the Home page shows a welcome screen with onboarding instructions and no statistics data yet.
