CommPeak Portal Overview

Introduction to the CommPeak Portal's web user interface, guiding you through its layout, navigation, dashboard, menu structure, and key functional areas for managing CommPeak services

This document provides an introduction to the user interface of the MyCommPeak Portal to help you become proficient in navigating the Portal and managing your CommPeak products.

The CommPeak Portal's comprehensive web-based interface is your central hub for tracking critical KPIs and monitoring your CommPeak account real-time statistics; it's a place where you make informed decisions and efficiently manage all your services.

Main Menu

The main menu on the left is the primary navigation system within the Portal, designed to provide quick and organized access to all its available features and sections.

Each tab in the main menu helps you find the specific tools and information you need, including:

Home

Overview of your operations from the Home page, your customizable CommPeak Portal Dashboard

VoIP Services

Management of your Voice over IP services, such as SIP accounts, Dynamic Caller IDs, and more

Dialer

CommPeak Dialer tools and configurations for managing your outbound calling campaigns

Cloud PBX

Settings and features for your business communication system

DIDs

Configuration and management of Direct Inward Dialing numbers

SMS

Tools for sending and managing SMS communications

Speech to text

Access to transcription services and related configurations

LookUp

Services for number validation and information retrieval

Billing

Detailed information regarding your account billing and invoices

Settings

User management tools for adding, editing, and managing user accounts and roles

Help and Support

Resources for assistance, FAQs, contact information, and more

Reseller

Redirects you to the CommPeak Reseller Program page

Four-digit code used for CommPeak customer identification

Account Notifications

The controls located at the top right of the page let you view all Portal notifications for various CommPeak account events.

Billing Information

You have several options to monitor and manage your spending and browse other payment-related options or add credit to your voice or SMS balance:

  • View or top up your voice and SMS balance by clicking on the plus sign at the top right of any page, next to your voice and SMS balance figures
  • Monitor your billing and payments data from the product Dashboard. To learn more, check the Monitoring Spending from Dashboard article
  • Access advanced payment management options by using the Billing tab of the product main menu.

Account Statistics Overview

The information blocks located in the cubes at the top of your CommPeak Dashboard allow you to monitor your account-related data, such as call statistics, the number of your virtual numbers (DIDs) section, or the number of PBX installations and dialing platform tenants.

Below, you can access and configure various features, including account settings, user management, reporting, and more. For more details, check the My CommPeak Dashboard article.

On your first login, you will find yourself in the Portal Home page's welcome screen with the onboarding instructions and no statistics data.

To get prompt help from our support team, you can:

  • Ask for assistance using the Help and Support tab options
  • Contact our support by clicking the CommPeak Help and Support Widget button in the bottom right corner of any page of your CommPeak account.
