Follow the steps to generate SMS messages in Pipedrive using CommPeak Integrations.

Pipedrive Integration

To implement the SMS automation complete the following steps.

For more information about Marketplace integrations, refer to Pipedrive Knowledge Base.

To generate an SMS message:

1. In the Deals tab of your Pipedrive account, go to the detail view of your deal, click " ... " and select Send an SMS.

   

2. Complete the sending SMS form:

   1. Select a Sender ID from the drop-down list. It contains the approved Sender ID in your TextPeak account.

   2. The system will populate the To field with the linked contact's phone number.

   3. Write your message in the Message field.

      

   4. Click Send.
