My Profile

View or change your basic profile settings and reset your password.

Go to Settings > My Profile.

Profile Settings

In this section, you can:

  • view your Customer UID (user ID) that you may need to provide to the support team and your email - these fields are non-editable.

  • modify your first and last name and your account timezone. To change the name and timezone for your account in TextPeak, go to Profile Settings, enter new data, select a new timezone from the drop-down list, and click Save Changes.

When done, click SAVE CHANGES.

Reset password

Here you can reset the password for your account in TextPeak.

To reset the password, scroll down to the Reset password section, click the reset password link, then enter new data, confirm it, and click Save New Password.
