How to get started and make the most of CommPeak Softphone, a WebRTC-based application designed to work with any CommPeak product
CommPeak Softphone supports the following features:
- Silent installation
- Conference call for up to six parties
- Full mode and mini mode (standalone Softphone option)
- Attended and blind call transfer
- Call history
- Login with your SIP Account, PBX Stats, or CommPeak Dialer credentials with the support of SAML OAuth (starting from Softphone v.6.2.5) for hassle-free and secure access to your Softphone app
- Customizable ringtones and sounds
- Notifications on all events and version updates
- Audio device selection and indicators for input and output devices
- DND mode for outbound calls only
- Multiple SIP accounts (standalone Softphone option)
- Auto Answer Call feature.

CommPeak offers different Softphone options that are free of charge if you use any of the CommPeak’s services.
