Can I Edit a Submitted Proforma Invoice Request?

No. You can't edit a proforma invoice request after you submit it.

What you can do depends on the current status of the request:

  • "Pending approval": cancel the request and submit a new one with the correct details. To cancel, click Cancel next to the request in the Proforma Invoices list.
  • "Auto-approved" or "Approved": you can no longer cancel the request. Contact CommPeak Support to request an amendment.
