No Audio on Test Call
Find out why your Post-Answer Playback test call completed but played no announcement, and how to fix it.
Issue
CommPeak Classic PBX users can make test calls but can hear no announcements.
Possible Causes and Solutions
- Verify you clicked APPLY CONFIG after assigning the recording - this is the most common cause.
- Open the Logs tab. If you see a Fail closed row matching your call, the recording wasn't available - re-upload it from the Recordings tab.
- If no row appears at all, the call didn't go through the route you expected. Confirm you placed the call through the right outbound route and that Enable post-answer playback is still Yes.
