I Cannot See Click2Call in my CRM

Possible Causes and Solutions

Take the following steps to investigate why Click2Call is unavailable in your CRM:

  1. Ensure you followed the instructions on setting up Click2Call on the Click2Call - Getting Started page.
  2. Make sure you whitelisted your CRM IP (or any IP from which the requests will come). Please refer to the PBX IP ACL Settings article to learn how to whitelist your IPs for Click2Call.
