Incoming Messages Alerts

Learn about the messages alerts flow in CommPeak Dialer.

When an incoming message arrives, an alert is sent to the assigned campaign lead agent, notifying them that their lead has sent a new message.

The alert is triggered only if the incoming message is linked to an active conversation with the same lead’s phone number and follows the same messaging channel as the previous message.

The alert is sent only if the last message was sent within the past 6 hours (for SMS) and 24 hours (for WhatsApp).
