Outbound IP Addresses

All outbound requests made by the Dialer to external or public resources originate from a fixed set of IP addresses. To ensure proper allow-listing or firewall configurations, please take note of the following IPs:

All API requests are routed through the following dedicated CommPeak IP addresses:

  • 139.162.210.68
  • 178.162.221.234
  • 195.201.253.155

These IPs are used for all communication initiated by our services, including but not limited to API calls, webhooks, and third-party service integrations. If your infrastructure restricts access based on source IPs, we recommend adding these IPs to your allowlist to ensure uninterrupted service.

Required Ports

To connect with CommPeak, ensure your firewall permits communication through the designated ports.

SIP & Signaling Ports

  • 443 TCP
  • 1443 TCP
  • 5060 TCP/UDP
  • 5061 TCP/UDP
  • 5080 TCP/UDP
  • 5081 TCP/UDP

RTP Media Ports

  • UDP ports 10000–65535

It is strongly recommended to keep all UDP ports open, as CommPeak may adjust RTP port ranges in the future without prior notice due to global internet routing considerations.

CommPeak Softphone TURN Requirements

If you are using the CommPeak Softphone TURN feature, you must open:

  • All UDP ports

This ensures successful NAT traversal and stable audio connectivity.
