Onboarding Guide: Registering on CommPeak Portal
Learn how to create a CommPeak account with your email or a Google or Microsoft login and complete the mandatory onboarding steps.
Create a free CommPeak account and complete the mandatory onboarding steps.
NOTETo simplify portal registration, CommPeak uses an onboarding dashboard.
You must complete all verification steps: phone, address, contract, and identity verification before you can add funds or do business with CommPeak.
Creating CommPeak Account
To register a free CommPeak account:
- Go to the CommPeak home page and click Get Started.

Enter your email address (for example,
[email protected]) and click Create account. Complete the verification check if prompted.

Alternatively, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft to sign up using an existing social account.

CommPeak emails a 6-digit verification code to the address you entered. Enter the code on the We emailed you a code screen.

Select whether you're signing up as an Individual or a Company, then fill in:

First name and Last name (for example,
MaryandSmith) -
Phone number, in international format (for example,
+44 7700 900123). CommPeak calls this number in the next step to verify your account. -
Company name (for business accounts only)

Password that must contain at least 8 characters, both upper and lower case letters, and at least one number.

Select I have read and agreed to the Payment Policy, then click Continue.

✔️ Congratulations! Your account is created, and you're taken straight into the onboarding dashboard below.
Completing the Onboarding Process
After your account is created, follow the onboarding dashboard steps one by one.

Verifying your phone number

Click Verify now.

Confirm the phone number you provided during sign-up.

- Alternatively, click Change number to edit it if it's changed.

Step 1: Phone Number Verification
- Click Make the Call. CommPeak calls the number and reads out a four-digit verification code.
- Enter the code and close the dialog.

- This step is now complete.

Adding your address

Click Add address to open the Account tab.

Enter your full billing address, including city, state or region, and postal code.

- Save your changes.

Step 2 completed
Accepting contracts
- Click Review and accept to open CommPeak's latest service agreements.
- Review the agreements and accept them.

Verifying your identity
- Click Submit your identity.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the required identification documents. This step helps keep your account secure and prevents fraud.
### NOTE
See the Business Identity or Personal Identity page for what's required, depending on your account type.

Step 4: Verify Your Identity
- Once phone verification, address, contracts, and identity are all complete, your account is fully active. You'll receive a welcome email and can use your trial credit to test CommPeak's services.
- Your first SIP Account is already created: click Open CommPeak Softphone to make a free test call.
NOTEFor help setting a permanent password for your SIP account, see Getting Ready to Make Calls.
After you finish onboarding, you will receive a welcome email. You can then use your trial credit to test CommPeak’s VoIP and communication services.
IMPORTANTWithout completing these onboarding steps, you will be unable to add funds or utilize CommPeak services to grow your business.
