PayPal Payments
Pay for CommPeak services using PayPal: select PayPal as payment type, add credit, and verify PayPal account email address if necessary.
This article provides instructions about paying for CommPeak services with PayPal.
You can find the general payment guidelines in the Adding Credit to Your Account.
To choose PayPal as the payment type:

In your CommPeak Portal account, click on the plus sign at the top right of any page.

In the Add Credit window that appears, select Voice or SMS account.

Choose PayPal among payment types.

Complete the on-screen steps as follows:

Select an amount to credit from the drop-down list.

Click Checkout

and agree to proceed.

The system will redirect you to the PayPal login page. Enter the credentials of your PayPal account, then click Next.

Select a payment method and click Pay now at the bottom.

If your PayPal account email differs from your CommPeak Portal registration email, you must verify it. You will receive a message with a verification code to your email.

To continue the verification, perform the following steps:

Return to your CommPeak Portal account and click FIX PAYMENT ISSUE below the account balance.

Enter a 6-digit code from the PayPal Email Verification message and click CONTINUE.

The following message will appear if the verification is successful.
