LookUp API Service

The API Access section shows your API keys and lets you create new ones. To view or create a key, go to Settings > API Access in the main menu and use the API Keys tab. The Lookup API Service tab still holds any legacy Lookup API tokens you created earlier, and the Portal marks it Deprecated.

You can give each API key a name and restrict it to the IP addresses that will use it.

Adding HLR LookUp to CommPeak Dialer

If you are already using the CommPeak Dialer and want to add the HLR service, the process is simple.

To add HLR LookUp to your Dialer:

Open API Access

In the main menu of the CommPeak Portal, select Settings > API Access, then click + Add API key.

Create the key

Enter a Name and keep Full access (all services) turned on, so the key works with the Lookup API. Optionally, under IP ACL, add the IP addresses that will use the key. Then click Create. For details, see Managing Portal API Keys.

Ask support to enable HLR

Open a ticket asking CommPeak support to enable the HLR service in your Dialer. Copy the new API key and include it in the ticket.

Once activated, your Dialer can verify numbers in real time, helping reduce failed calls and improve overall efficiency.
