By default, the Softphone stores your call records until you delete them. You can shorten that period in Settings: open the Call History options list and select a month, 7 days, 24 hours, or choose Don't save history.

Records older than the period you select are deleted automatically, both when the Softphone starts and the moment you change the setting. Selecting Don't save history also deletes the records already on your device.

The Call History setting appears when your main login stores call records locally in this browser. Dialer accounts store call history on the server, so the setting sits outside their settings page.
