CommPeak’s commitment to security and regulatory compliance requires customers to complete a verification process. Part of this process may include an extended verification, including a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before activating or accessing certain services. This process helps ensure the safety and integrity of your account and compliance with international KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you complete your KYC verification.

Step 1. Privacy Terms

Ensure that your webcam or mobile camera is connected and functioning correctly.
Click "Start" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please review and accept the privacy terms by ticking the relevant boxes. This allows our third-party provider to process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

Step 2. Submit Your ID Document

Choose your country and the type of identification document you will be using.

Upload a clear photo or scan of your ID. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID card, passport, or driver’s license.
Your ID must be valid for at least one month.
Ensure that all information on your document is clearly legible.
All corners of the document must be visible within the frame.
If your document has multiple pages or sides, ensure all are captured.
Accepted file types are JPEG or PDF, with a minimum file size of 500KB.

You can start the verification process on your desktop and switch to your mobile if needed. To switch devices via a QR code or a link, simply click “Continue on your phone.”

Step 3. Liveness Check

To complete the liveness check, face the camera and slowly rotate your head in a full circle. This ensures we are verifying the actual document owner and not an imposter.
Keep your face within the frame during this process to avoid any interruptions.
You can switch between desktop and mobile devices at any point during this step.

Step 4. Submitting Your Application

After submitting your documents, your extended verification application will be processed.

Step 5: Application Review

Our compliance specialists will review your application results and verify the information you provided as part of your KYC process.
Once reviewed, our team will contact you with the final assessment and any next steps based on the information you’ve submitted.
If any issues arise during the process, we will notify you with clear instructions on how to resolve them.
