No. Canceling a DID number is final. Once you confirm cancellation, CommPeak cannot restore the number.

The cancellation dialog in the CommPeak Portal warns you about this before you confirm: it lists the number(s) being canceled and requires you to type confirm to proceed, since the action cannot be undone.

What happens after you cancel

A canceled number does not stop working right away. It keeps receiving incoming calls for 14 days after cancellation, then stops permanently.

IMPORTANT
The 14-day period is not a recovery window. The number cannot be restored during this time or after it, even though calls still come through.

If you are not sure whether to cancel a number, contact CommPeak support before confirming, or leave the number in your account until you are certain you no longer need it.
