External Reports

Find out how to access and use third-party analytics through interactive charts that provide key insights into call center operations, categorized by countries, affiliates, caller IDs, and agents

External reports embed third-party analytics in the Cloud PBX platform. Their interactive charts with flexible filtering and breakdown options visualize the most important data about your call center operations.

NOTE

External reports appear in your system after about a month of its launch.

To visit the analytics page, go to Reports > External Reports. Along with the Overview, the standard solution includes four reports by Countries, Affiliates, Caller IDs, and Agents.
