Using CommPeak Support PIN
Find and re-generate your CommPeak support PIN ensuring that sensitive account information and requests are only handled by authorized users
You may be asked for your PIN when you reach out to our support in any available way. The PIN is a four-digit code used for CommPeak customer identification.
You can find your Support PIN at CommPeak Portal, in the bottom-left corner of any page.

If you click on the eye icon , the PIN becomes visible.
To regenerate the PIN, just click on the refresh icon .
IMPORTANT
To keep your account secure, we recommend regularly generating a new PIN.
