Using CommPeak Support PIN
You may be asked for your PIN when you reach out to our support in any available way. The PIN is a four-digit code used for CommPeak customer identification.
You can find your support PIN at CommPeak Portal, in the bottom-left corner of any page.

If you click on the eye icon , the PIN becomes visible.
To regenerate the PIN, just click on the refresh icon .
IMPORTANT
To keep your account secure, we recommend regularly generating a new PIN.
