Learn how to integrate CommPeak Dialer with Bitrix CRM.

This article describes how to integrate CommPeak Dialer with Bitrix CRM so that you can manage your CRM leads in your Dialer.

Step 1: Create a Dialer Bitrix Adapter

NOTE

Please coordinate with your Dialer manager to align your setup:

  1. Your Dialer manager must add a Bitrix24 adapter in your Dialer account.
  2. Your Dialer manager will provide you a dedicated Webhook URL for Step 2

Step 2: Set Up your Dialer Account With Bitrix CRM

  1. Create a Local Application in Bitrix Developer resources.

Local application settings

  • Enter the following information:
    Your handler path: Dialer webhook URL from Step 1.
    Initial installation path: Dialer account domain <account_name>.td.commpeak.com
  • Select the checkbox next to Script only
  • Assign permissions: select CRM, Users, Telephony (outbound calls), Commercial catalog.
    Those permissions are required to sync your CRM leads with the Dialer account.
  1. Review your setup:
