DID Reports

You can run the following reports from the DIDs section of your CommPeak Portal account:

DIDs section: report options

  • Origination CDRs with details about your inbound calls. For details, see the dedicated Origination CDR article.
  • Reports about inbound SMS and voicemail messages.

SMS and Voicemail Reports

The SMS Report and Voicemails Report pages use the same layout. By default, each page shows all messages, including the sender's number (Caller ID), delivery time, cost per message, and delivery email addresses.

To find specific data, set search filters by:

  • virtual number,
  • caller ID, or
  • a preset or custom date range.

Then click Search.
