DID Reports

Learn how you can run run DID reports for your CommPeak Portal account.

You can run the following reports from the DIDs section of your CommPeak Portal account:

  • Origination CDRs with details about your inbound calls. For detailed instructions for generating and downloading a report of inbound call records, see the dedicated Origination CDR article.
  • Reports about inbound SMS and voicemail messages.

SMS and Voicemails Reports

The SMS Report and Voicemails Report pages use the same layout.

By default, The SMS Report page shows all messages, including the tags (if any), sender's number (Caller ID), delivery time, cost per message, and delivery email address(es).

The Voicemail Report page shows all reports, including the sender's number (Caller ID), delivery time, and delivery email address(es).

To find specific data, set search filters by any of the following:

  • virtual number
  • caller ID
  • a preset or custom date range

Then click Search.
