Payment History

Open the Payments page in My CommPeak Dashboard to view your account's payment history.

In the left pane, expand Billing and select Payments.

You can switch between the tabs where your payments are filtered by category: All Types, Top Ups, Deductions, Subscriptions, and Temporary Credits.

To filter payments records by date, apply a preset or select a date range in the interactive calendar.

To download the payment history as a_.csv_ file:

1. Apply date filters.

2. Select a payment category: either all types or a specific one.

3. Click the download button on the right.

4. Specify the download destination.

5. Click Save.
