IVR Canvas Builder

When designing IVR flows, the system directs you to the IVR Flow tab after you complete the necessary settings.

You can either build a custom IVR or use pre-configured templates. For detailed rules and descriptions of each component, visit the Guide to IVR Elements to explore their functionality and logic.

Use the following control to interact with the IVR canvas:

• Use Zoom in/out at the bottom left to enlarge, reduce, or return the view to its original size. You can also use the wheel mouse button for this purpose.

• The menu bar at the bottom allows you to search for flow elements, apply a template, get keyboard tips, refine the layout, or save your flow.

  

• Click inside the flow, hold the left mouse button, and drag the mouse in any direction to reposition it as you wish.

  

• Click inside the node box to open a dialog for modifying the node name.

  

• Click the + icon in the flow to add more nodes, and then use the Search field.

  

• Click the exclamation marks❗to fix the missing settings. Then, complete the configuration in the dialog box that opens.

• To remove a node or modify its name, right-click inside the element and select a desired option.

  

• Press Backspace to delete selected elements. Some elements (e.g., Start) cannot be deleted.

• Hold Shift, then click and drag to draw a selection box around multiple elements.
