Outgoing Messages

View, filter, and manage your outgoing campaign and stream API messages in one place, including tracking content, source, destination, message length and cost, date, and status.

On the Messages > Outgoing tab, you can view, search, filter, and track all your outgoing campaign and stream messages.

The page allows filtering with message records by phone number, stream, campaign, sender ID, clicks (Short URL or Opted-out), status, and sending date.

Refer to the following table for column descriptions.

Column

Description

Checkbox

Select the checkbox in the header to select all messages or choose them one by one

Stream

Name of the stream used to send the message

Platform

The source of the message or in which way it was sent (e.g., TextPeak Tester, Streams API, a campaign, or an integration)

Type

The type of stream you used for sending the message (Marketing - also known as Promotional SMS, Transactional SMS, WhatsApp Business, or OTP)

Message

Message content

Message Length

Number of characters in the message

Price

Message cost

Source

The number or the sender that sent the message

Destination

Phone number of the subscriber

Status

Messages can have the following statuses:

  • sent
  • delivered
  • sent_failed
  • undelivered
  • no_routes
  • rejected

Sent at

Date and time of message sending.

You can also export the selected records or export the whole table by filters. To do it, click the corresponding option:

Click Clear to clear filtering results.
