Possible Causes and Solutions
Reason 1. Incorrect Username or Password
Double-check that the username and password are entered correctly, paying attention to case sensitivity.

Reason 2. Not Receiving the Code / Code Not Working
Check the spam folder for the verification email.
If you get the code, but it’s not working when entered:
- Clear the browser cache and restart it.
- Resend the code.
If the issue persists, contact CommPeak support for assistance.
Reason 3. Not Receiving the Recovery Email
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm you're using the email address your CommPeak account was created with.
If you originally signed up with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft and never set a CommPeak password, a password reset won't apply to your account. Sign in with that provider instead.
If none of the above resolves it, submit a support request from CommPeak support.
Reason 5. Account Lockout
Accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts.
