Predictive Dialing

This guide introduces predictive dialing in the Agent Workspace.

This section covers working in the Predictive Mode within the new Agent Workspace. If you're using the legacy Dialer Agent Interface, refer to the legacy Predictive Dialing article.

Predictive Mode is the primary working mode for agents in CommPeak Dialer. The system dials phone numbers automatically based on predefined calling rules and lead prioritization logic.

After logging in, clock in to activate dialing. The system then routes calls to you automatically, and you answer them using your dialing application - the built-in Softphone by default.
