What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Learn what payment methods are accepted.
Answer
You can use the following payment methods:
- Credit card: both Visa and Mastercard. Card payments run as an automatic credit refill (a recurring payment agreement); one-time card payments are not available. For details, see Adding Credit to Your Account.
- PayPal: we accept only payments from Verified PayPal Members
- Wire transfer: SWIFT and SEPA; minimum USD 100 per transaction.
NOTECheck the TCCL Bank Payment Supported Countries page if you use wire transfers and wish to pay via CommPeak TCCL bank account.
You can download autogenerated payment instructions with transaction details for your Customer ID in your CommPeak Portal account.
