CommPeak’s termination service works over any type of Internet connection with relatively low and stable latency. Wireless Internet connections sometimes suffer from fluctuating latency and packet loss, both of which cause sub-optimal audio quality. Due to the inherent network latency, most satellite Internet connections have delayed or choppy audio issues.

We recommend that you check the ping times to our POPs and use an Internet connection with ping times below 230 ms.
