How Are Calls Handled and Optimized with CallBoost?

Learn how CallBoost, a dynamic call routing engine, operates to enhance call success rates on the CommPeak platform.

CallBoost is a dynamic call routing engine designed to enhance call success rates for CommPeak SIP customers by automatically rerouting calls based on previous call outcomes.

CallBoost tracks recent call attempts and, based on predefined conditions, automatically switches to an alternate route for subsequent attempts. This system operates in real-time, adapting routing strategies to improve connection probability.

Here's how CallBoost intelligently reroutes your calls:

  • Short-Duration Answered Calls: If a call is answered but terminates within two (2) minutes, CallBoost will route the subsequent call attempt to that number through a different, alternate route.
  • Busy Line: If a call receives a busy signal, the next call attempt to that number will be routed via an alternate route.
  • No Answer or Call Not Connected: If a call does not receive an answer or fails to connect, the system will switch to a new route for the subsequent attempt to that number.

Are any changes required on my side?

  • No changes are required on your side; only a redial to the destination number within a short period of time.
