Adding Credit to Your Account
Top up CommPeak account balance via various payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer.
When you are out of the credit limit provided at signup, you need to top up your account to continue using CommPeak's services.

Topping Up Your Voice or SMS Balance
You have separate accounts for voice and SMS services, and you can top up any of them independently.
The methods you can use to pay for CommPeak's services are:
Before topping up your account, make sure that you have done the following:

Completed your address in the profile settings.
To add credit to your voice or SMS balance:

In your account in CommPeak Portal, click on the plus sign at the top right of any page, next to your voice and SMS balance figures.

In the sidebar that pops up, select which account - Voice or SMS - you would like to top up.

Proceed with the selected payment type.

After selecting a payment type, click Add promo code if you have one.

Paying with Credit Card
- For the Credit Card payment type, select a payment method (One-Time Payment or Automatic Credit Refill), then select the amount to be credited.
- In the same Add Credit sidebar, select One-Time Payment or Automatic Credit Refill, then choose your amount. Click Checkout With Airwallex to enter your card details with our payment processor, Airwallex, and complete the 3D Secure verification on screen.

Automatic refill
If you opt for the automatic credit refill for the credit card, set the following:

the deposit sum

the threshold at which you wish to top up your account

the maximum number of payments per day.

NOTE
- You can change or cancel the recurring payment later in your profile.

Paying with PayPal
- For the PayPal payment type, select the amount to be credited.
- Click the checkout button to proceed to the Checkout with PayPal page.

- For more details on how to proceed with your payment, refer to the dedicated PayPal payments article.
NOTECommPeak accepts payments only from verified PayPal accounts. For payments over USD $1,000, use Wire Transfer to reduce processing fees.
Paying with Wire Transfer
- Select the Wire Transfer payment type. The sidebar displays full wire instructions, including beneficiary details and bank accounts for each supported currency (USD, EUR SWIFT, EUR SEPA, and others). Use the account that matches your currency.

Paying with Wire transfer
- Proceed with payment and make sure to include your CommPeak account number in the Transaction Description / Reference field of the wire transfer.
- Advise us at [email protected] after the wire transfer is initiated. Be sure to include your first and last name / company name, total amount of the wire transfer and the date the wire was initiated at.
