Logging In

Log in to CommPeak Portal with your email and password or a Google or Microsoft account, and recover access if you cannot log in.

📘

NOTE

Every login by the main user or any additional user you create, requires two-factor authentication (<2FA) in addition to your credentials. This keeps your CommPeak account secure, even on a shared computer.

Logging in with email

To log in to CommPeak Portal:

  1. Open https://my.commpeak.com/users/sign_in. On the Log in to continue screen, enter your email address and click Continue.

  1. On the Welcome to CommPeak screen, enter your password and complete the Cloudflare human verification. To correct the email address, click Change. Then click Continue.

  2. CommPeak emails a 6-digit code to the registered email address.

  3. Check your inbox for the six-digit verification code sent and paste it into the Login verification box.

  4. If you trust the current device, select the Trust this device checkbox: you won't be asked for the code for 30 days on this device.

  5. You're now logged in to CommPeak Portal and can start working.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft (SSO)

Google and Microsoft sign-in works as single sign-on (SSO), so instead of entering a password, you can log in with your Google or Microsoft account.

  1. On any login screen, you can select between two social login options, Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

  2. Select the social account you want to use and complete any sign-in steps required by Google or Microsoft.

  3. CommPeak signs you in and returns you to your Dashboard.

### NOTE

The email address of the social account must match the email address of your CommPeak account. You can connect and disconnect social logins in Your Profile.

Linking an existing account

If you use a social login whose email address already belongs to a CommPeak account created with an email and password, the portal displays the Looks like you already have a CommPeak account screen.

Confirm the linking to sign in with the social account from now on. Your existing account data, balance, and settings remain unchanged: both login methods lead to the same account.

If you can't log in

If your credentials aren't working, click Can't log in? on the login screen to start account recovery.
