OpenAI Integration

You can set up the OpenAI-TextPeak connection with with a ready-to-use predefined template under CommPeak Integrations.

1. To start, log in to your TextPeak account and open the Integrations page.
2. Click Set New Connection at the upper right corner of the Integrations page.

NOTE

If this is the first integration connection you add to your account, click Set your first connection.

3. Select OpenAI from the list of integrations.

4. The Set New Connection page opens, where you will be asked to provide the project name, your API token, and select the preferred AI model.

TIP

To get your OpenAI API key, open the https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys page, select the API Keys tab on the left, and generate a secret key in two steps:

1. Click the + Create new secret key button.

2. Generate the key in the new window and copy it to the clipboard.

5. Give your connection a name, paste the API token you just created, click to activate it, then set the default AI model for your connection and click Create integration.

✔️ Congratulations! The connection is created and added to the Integrations page.

You can now set it as a default AI service for creating campaigns or use it for Inbox messaging. To do it, right-click the connection and select Set as AI service:
